Recent performances

On October 4th, The Campus Choir participated in the premiere of the choir work 'Brandsma, a story for today', along with the Brandsma Project Choir and lots of other singers. We told the story of H. Titus Brandsma through the eyes of many different people who were a part of, or were inspired by his life story.

This took place - where else could it have been? - in the Titus Brandsma Memorial.

More information - including all texts and translations - on the Brandsma project can be found on www.willibrordhuisman.nl/brandsma

On May 8th, The Campus Choir presented a preview of the new choir work 'Brandma, a story for today'. The biography of H. Titus Brandsma is inextricably linked to Radboud University, and deserves to be told. We invited all to be part of this sneak preview performance in which we remembered the life of the greatest Nijmegen resident of all time, going from his youth in Frisia to his death in Dachau. We will also ask ourselves the question “What does his life story mean for the people of today?”.

This took place at Aqua Viva care home, as part of the 100 Radboud Gestures.

Information about all 100 Radboud Gestures can be found on www.ru.nl/radboudgebaren

Summer concert

Following the success of Music makes the world go 'round, we're planning another light and airy summer concert on campus, to serve as a welcome distraction before end-of-year exams.

In a casual open air performance, the Campus Choir will perform for the residents of Aqua Viva care home and Brakkenstein neighborhood and all others who want to be there! Traditionally it's followed by the Campus Choir end-of-year activity, having cheese fondue around a campfire in Willibrords back yard.
